Whitelist/Blacklist in Office 365

Whitelist

1. Go to Admin -> Exchange
2. Click Mail flow -> Rules
3. Click the “+” to add a new rule
4. Click more options in the new window
5. “Apply this rule if” -> “The sender” -> domain is” (If wanting to whitelist a full domain)
6. “Do the following” -> “Modify the message properties” -> “Set the SPAM confidence level (SCL) to “Bypass spam filtering”

Blacklist

1. Go to Admin -> Exchange
2. Click Mail flow -> Rules
3. Click the “+” to add a new rule
4. Click more options in the new window
5. “Apple this rule if” ->
6. Then you can choose to block just the sender or the domain
7. “Do the following” -> “Block the message” ->
8. Then choose if you want to notify anyone, or just delete the email
