When loading the options module from Focus tab and clicking ok on one of the user accounts SIMS keeps saying password file not found.
The SIMS.ini file in C:\Windows will be pointing to the wrong location
The text under the [Setup] need to be pointing to the mapped drive letter instead of the server :-

SIMSDirectory=S:\SIMS
SIMSSetupsDirectory=S:\SIMS\setups
SIMSDotNetDirectory=C:\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS .net
