To start the chart showing how many updates have the installed/not applicable status and the pie chart to start showing green again do the following to fix the problem.
- Go to all computers and make sure the status at the top is any.
- Make sure you have the tab at the top for “Last Status Report”. If you don’t have this right click on tabs at the top and select Last Status Report.
- Click on the Last Status Report tab so that it sorts it by date. You should then have at the top or the bottom some PCs that have a status of “not reported yet”. Delete the PCs that have this status.
- The overview should now start showing as green and the number of updates installed/not applicable
