As Office 365 doesn’t let you turn off Clutter for all users you will have to send an email out to staff on how to turn off Clutter. Below is the instructions on how to turn off Clutter
- Login to your email via https://login.microsoftonline.com
- Click on Mail
- Click on the settings Cog next to the Profile Picture at the top right
- Click options at the bottom
- Click Clutter
- Untick the box saying “Separate items identifies as clutter”
- Click Save
